On this website I will put my test results of a lot of batteries.

18650 batteries

I finished 2 tests:
First, I charged and discharged the batteries at 1 Ampere using a Maha C9000 and took of every battery the best discharge result. Then I took the average of every type. This gives:

Sanyo 2700: 2517 mAh
Varta 2700: 2500 mAh
Powerex 2700 : 2466 mAh
GP 2700: 2334 mAh
Energizer 2500: 2302 mAh
Soshine 2500: 2199 mAh
Ansmann 2850: 2196 mAh
Strength 2950: 1876 mAh
MaxCell 3200: 736 mAh
 
I tested some LSD (Low Self Discharge batteries) as well:
 
GP Recyko 2050: 2148 mAh (but only 1768 mAh left after 24 charge/discharge cycles)
Powerex Imedion 2100:     2025 mAh
Sanyo Eneloop 2000: 1936 mAh

Secondly, I did a discharge of every battery at 2.5 Ampere, which is quite a lot. In the figure below you see for every type the best results:
